As an independent waste and recycling management firm, we do not own an interest in any hauling company or landfill, nor do we stand to profit by directing hauling or recycling business to any particular company. Our independence allows us to remain completely objective and focus only on the best interests of our clients.

  • Asset Monitoring: We will perform weekly Asset monitoring based on the Property's specified needs. We will complete client supplied or SESG supplied inspection checklists and will provide pictures of any relevant issues, notify relevant parties of findings/issues.
  • Additional Service and Vendor Monitoring: SESG will provide onsite monitoring visits to ensure that all contracted service levels are being performed by Third Party Vendors correctly. We will coordinate and schedule any special waste pick-ups or additional services as required or requested by Client. Our customer support team will be available on a 24/7 basis to respond to requests or issues identified by Client. The actual resolution time will vary based on the specific Vendors and services involved.
